A tenant can continue holding
possession even after the lease is determined
Deemed tenancy is a 'tenancy by
holding over'. It is an implied tenancy. Under the Transfer of Property Act
1882, some circumstances lead to a tenancy by holding over.
When tenancy by holding over is
created:
• The lessee or underlessee of the property remains in possession after
the determination of the lease granted by the lessor
• The lessor or his legal

Neste ano de 2009, já desfiz uma árvore de Natal (a do ano passado), já decorei duas e montei (literalmente) uma... mas o espírito do Natal continua perdido por aí...
Quantos de vocês já compraram uma árvore do Natal?? Eu comprei a minha primeira no sábado passado... vinha TOTALMENTE desmontada... e o esquema das "corzinhas" não estava a funcionar... ou seja, para montar uma árvore de Natal tive de utilizar a minha inteligência adormecida (era domingo...) e fui obrigada a P-E-N-S-A-R!!!
E só para a chatear (a árvore, claro), depois de todos os tronquinhos estarem montados, não abri os ramos!! Toma!!!
... entretanto, em casa da minha mãe (que ainda é a "minha" casa...) o D. R. anda a acrescentar enfeites na árvore e o D. T. a roubá-los... acho até que devia alterar o título deste post para: "A saga das árvores de Natal"...
Ainda falta enfeitar a minha... e abrir os ramos... bah!!
